What Should Buyers Do if Shipping Damage Is Found?
Inspect the container, packaging and product before installation. If any damage is found, take clear photographs and videos of the container, external packaging, transport labels and affected product. Keep the packing materials and notify the supplier and logistics provider promptly.
Do not operate a model if its steel structure, mechanical system, wiring or electrical components appear damaged. Minor surface damage may be repairable on site, but the supplier should review the damage before repairs begin.
