Dinosaur Project in Henan Dinosaur Dream Theme Park
Dinosaur Dream Theme Park in Henan is an exciting destination dedicated to recreating the prehistoric world through interactive education and entertainment. To bring this vision to life, our team was commissioned to design and install a large-scale collection of animatronic models, including lifelike dinosaurs, oversized insects, and interactive plant sculptures.
Project Scope
Realistic Dinosaur Models
We created a diverse lineup of large animatronic dinosaurs, accurately sculpted and vividly painted to reflect paleontological research. Featured species include:
Mamenchisaurus – Known for its incredibly long neck, towering presence, and gentle demeanor.
Allosaurus – A fierce predator with agile movements and lifelike roars.
Wuerhosaurus – A rare stegosaur species recreated with distinctive plates and armor.
Brachiosaurus – A towering sauropod modeled with long forelimbs and slow, majestic movements.
Stegosaurus Group – A themed grouping of Stegosauruses presented in a dynamic family scene.
All dinosaur models feature realistic movements such as head turning, tail swinging, breathing, mouth opening, and synchronized sound effects.
Realistic Insect Models
To expand the educational value and immersive atmosphere, we added oversized insect replicas, including:
Giant Animatronic Spider – Featuring moving legs, realistic textures, and subtle motion to simulate crawling.
Realistic Locust Model – Designed to showcase the anatomy and motion of a grasshopper-like insect in magnified scale.
These models allow visitors to explore the prehistoric ecosystem beyond dinosaurs.
Realistic Plant Models
Enhancing the environment further, we created custom interactive plant models:
Giant Spraying Plants – Large sculpted plants capable of emitting mist or water spray, adding motion and surprise.
Talking Tree – A lifelike tree model with animatronic facial features and voice interaction, capable of delivering educational or entertaining messages to guests.
These plant models were designed to blend seamlessly with the dinosaur installations, enriching the storytelling and visual cohesion of the park.
Design & Installation Features
High-Quality Materials: All models were built using weather-resistant materials suitable for outdoor display.
Custom Scenic Integration: Each animatronic was placed in themed zones with realistic landscaping, rock formations, and interpretive signage.
Interactive Features: Motion sensors, water jets, and sound activation systems were incorporated for dynamic guest engagement.
Safety & Maintenance: Models were designed with durable internal structures, easy-access panels, and control systems for long-term operation and minimal upkeep.
